Sourcing
Sourcing is on-going process and not triggered necessarily by client request. Client request is followed by taking the consent from suitable candidate from the database for specific position offered by client at specified location. SIS due to its brand image attracts many candidates. Over 25 recruiters work at different location and constantly source the candidates.
Initial Screening
Every IT or Non IT candidate goes through Initial screening process which Insures our Match with the client requirement.
Technical Interviews
Candidates are completely interviewed for the given technology mentioned by the Client. We have a team of experiences Technical Recruiters who are specialized in various technologies. We update our technology information to make sure we meet all the necessary domain standard.
Validation
Candidates from known organizations are preferably referred for permanent as well as contract hiring. Suitability is ensured by checking candidate’s profile with skills as required by client. Current employer validation is done in every case.
Background verification
Before referring the candidates to client, we verify candidate’s current employer. We check the documents pertaining to his designation, current pay package, current and previous employer’s appointment letter, relieving documents, and academic certificates.
Pre screening interview
This involves establishing if candidate has real intent to shift job, willingness for relocation if any, has rational compensation expectation, good communication and basic personality qualities such as attitude, stability, maturity level, family issues if any etc. We provide client with pre screening documents and findings with the resume.
Client interview / Walk-ins
This is scheduled as per client convenience. The candidate is counselled to take the right set of documents with him and also advised on do’s and do not’s particularly if end client is taking interview.
We also arrange walk-ins for our esteemed clients at our Registered Office for bulk requirements.
Post offer
We keep communicating to the candidate till he/she joins. Most candidates do have multiple offers in hand and are often miscarried away by friends and hearsay beliefs on client policies on foreign trips, future pay rise, projects allocations etc. In the event of candidate backing out, we provide replacement.
